Introduce ourselves

We would like to introduce ourselves: Don, Brigitte, Iris (2003), Maran (2005) and Kira (2010) van der Linden. We are a young, enterprising and enthusiastic family that was ready to give our live a new meaning.

Don was working as a safety engineer. Don started in 2008 his own company VAC Netherlands: a business for safety, consulting and coaching.

Brigitte started working on her 15th as a hairdresser by her sister Marlies who had a barbershop in Nieuw-beijerland. More then 12 years they worked together. Brigitte opened her own hair studio in 2002. The Salon was a great success. Nice work with beautiful encounters of amazing people, which later also combine well turned out with our 3 daughters.

Yet came to us the need to throw. Our love for France and nature. The desire to create together a holiday resort where people will feel right at home. Where the atmosphere is relaxed and everyone is allowed to be himself. Where we can put our creativity in cooking, gardening, the dear animals around us and the personal attention that we like to give to our guests.

After 3 years we have found our beautiful place Domaine Ramonjavel in the middle of the Lot valley. Everything we were looking for we found here. 
In the years we have refurbished and converted the glamping and chambre d'hôtes into a true paradise. In this way, the animals also had a wonderful stay. One day we got the idea that an alpaca would be a nice addition to our glamping. When we arrived at the breeder, we immediately fell in love and wildly enthusiastic, so that is how our farm Kimaris was named after our daughters.
